You can pay for your taxi hire in full when you book online. Leave a message in the booking form and Barrhead Taxis will send you a Stripe card payment link for the full amount once your hire has been confirmed.

  We may upgrade your Taxi if the type you booked are unavailable. We will send a larger taxi at no extra cost to yourself.

We may require a non refundable booking fee once your taxi hire has been confirmed, the amount of this fee is between 10% to 30% dependent on how far in advance and the distance our driver needs to travel to the pickup location, peak times and time of the year.

We require customers to pay the balance  in full for the taxi journey before the taxi is dispatched to pick them up, if the pick up is not in the local area.

Customers will receive a payment request from Barrhead Taxis through Stripe payment account. Please pay promptly as delay or failure to pay may result in your hire being cancelled.

Customers can choose to pay drivers in cash or card for the balance of the hire only if Barrhead Taxis agrees to this in advance.  Please indicate this at the time of booking.

Barrhead Taxis reserves the right to retain all booking fees. We will refund you in full only if you choose to cancel up to 7 days before your hire is due.

Any cancellations  from 7 days to 24 hours before hire is due may incur a cancellation fee of between...... 10% and 30% of the full fare dependant on the intended journey length.

Customers can login to their Barrhead Taxis account if registered and make ammendments to their bookng at any time.

Please note that this may alter the quoted price that the system generated and may increase or reduce the final price.
